Good plan, but make sure you&#039;re staying on top of the fat burning exercise. You can have the world&#039;s strongest abs, but they&#039;ll remain buried under flab unless you burn off that stuff. Julia&#039;s advice is good as well. If you do too much weight training without getting your heart rate up, you&#039;ll add muscle but not burn fat, which just adds weight. :)

		<description>I might come with sometimes! And I could bring Alex too if you want another guy to work out with. We could probably do Mondays with you because we both get off of school at 345 that day. Only if you want us to though.
btw: you should starts off your weight training workouts with 10 minutes of low intense cardio just to get your heart rate up. (it makes the weights a little bit more effective). And end the workout with a 10 minute all out cardio. (there&#039;s a reason for this, but it gets all biological and I don&#039;t feel like writing it out haha)

Glad you found a way to go to the gym! I know it&#039;s what you wanted :)
