		<description>Actually, you guys already resolved the issue. I sent you an email via the Contact form on the website and someone got back to me pretty quickly and said I&#039;d be refunded the difference in price from the 1.5 to the 3.0 since we activated service.

That was pretty nice, I do have to say. Much, much better than any service I ever got from Cox back when I used them. Thanks!</description>
